Karen A. Batcher, Esq.
Ms. Batcher received her B.A. in Economics from
UCLA in 1989 and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law
in 1997. Ms. Batcher was admitted to the California Bar in 1997 and is admitted
to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of
California, Central District of California, Northern District of California and
the District of Colorado.
Prior to forming Batcher Zarcone & Baker, LLP, Ms.
Batcher practiced at a San Diego firm that specialized in business, real
property and land use matters. Ms. Batcher also practiced for several years at
the largest and most respected plaintiff-side class action law firm in the
country where she litigated complex class action cases on behalf of securities
investors. Ms. Batcher is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego
Bar Association, Bar Association of Northern San Diego County (Chairperson,
Business Section 1998-2000), and San Diego Lawyers Club. In 2003, Ms .Batcher
was selected to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of
California.
Ms. Batcher's areas of practice include:
Securities Law, General Business and Corporate Law, Corporate Formation, Limited
Liability Company Formation and Law, and Corporate Governance. Ms. Batcher
also practices in Real Property, Land Use and Landlord/Tenant Law.

Alexander P. Zarcone,
Esq.
Mr.
Zarcone received his B.A. from University of California Santa Barbara in 1993
and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997.
While at the University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Zarcone was awarded the
Dean's Scholarship and received the Warren Family Endowment award. Mr. Zarcone
was admitted to the California Bar in 1997.
Prior to forming Batcher Zarcone & Baker, LLP, Mr. Zarcone
practiced in the bankruptcy group of Higgs, Fletcher & Mack. Prior to that, he
work for a San Diego boutique law firm specializing in employment, labor and
education law.
Mr. Zarcone is a member of the California Bar
Association, San Diego Bar Association, and San Diego Lawyers Club.
Mr. Zarcone's areas of practice include:
Bankruptcy, Commercial Collections, General Business Litigation, Employment Law,
Employee Discrimination, Personnel Policies, Personnel Training, Sexual

Michelle Baker, Esq.
Ms. Baker received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and
her Juris Doctor from University of San Diego. Prior to joining Batcher Zarcone & Baker, LLP, Ms. Baker
was a member of Baker & Cerretani, LLP where she practiced business and
employment law.
Ms. Baker was admitted to the California Bar in 1998.
She is a member of lawyer's Club of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar
Association, American Bar Association and sits on the Board of Directors for
youth Tennis of San Diego (Barnes Tennis Center, San Diego.) She has also
conducted numerous seminars for various business and professional organizations
on business and employment law issues.
Ms. Baker's areas of practice include: Business

Employment Law, Personnel Policies and Personnel Training.
